Telemall warranty policy ensures that your product is protected against any defects in material, design and/or workmanship after purchase of the product.
The warranty is not applicable to cases other than defects in material, design and/or workmanship. Warranty obligations are limited to repairing of defective product or refunding the amount of the purchased product (such decision at the product Seller’s discretion).
Not all products are covered by the warranty; always check the product listing to know if it includes warranty benefits. In the case of a refund, the customer must return all the accessories of the product. Otherwise, the amount of any missing item will be deducted from the amount of the product.

Telemall shall contact you within 24 hours to validate the claim and to set a time for collection. Once collected and approved by telemall, the product shall be sent for repair at the service center and returned back to you
